Article D6124-133-12 of the French Public Health Code

An operating charter specific to the radiotherapy unit is drawn up by the authorisation holder and specifies in particular:

1° The organisation of the structure, with regard to the procedures for implementing the continuity of radiotherapy treatment provided for in 2 of Article D. 6124-133-11;

2° The radiotherapy equipment and techniques used by the radiotherapy structure.

This charter is revised as soon as there are changes in the equipment and treatment techniques used within the radiotherapy unit, and sent without delay to the general director of the regional health agency with territorial jurisdiction.

Article D6124-133-12

Une charte de fonctionnement propre à l’unité de radiothérapie est établie par le titulaire de l’autorisation et précise notamment :

1° L’organisation de la structure, en ce qui concerne les modalités de mise en œuvre de la continuité des traitements de radiothérapie prévues au 2 de l’article D. 6124-133-11 ;

2° Les équipements et techniques de radiothérapie utilisés par la structure de radiothérapie.

Cette charte est révisée dès qu’il y a évolution des équipements et des techniques de prise en charge utilisés au sein de l’unité de radiothérapie, et transmise sans délai au directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé territorialement compétente.
