Article D6124-133-2 of the French Public Health Code

The authorisation holder must ensure that a radiotherapist with the qualifications listed in Article D. 6124-133 and a medical physicist are present on the authorised site throughout the period of treatment.

The radiotherapist and the medical physicist must intervene at all times in the radiotherapy unit within a timeframe compatible with the imperative of safety during the application of the treatments.

Le titulaire de l’autorisation s’assure de la présence sur le site autorisé d’un médecin radiothérapeute disposant des qualifications énumérées à l’article D. 6124-133 et d’un physicien médical pendant la durée de l’application des traitements.

Le radiothérapeute et le physicien médical doivent intervenir à tout moment dans l’unité de radiothérapie dans des délais compatibles avec l’impératif de sécurité pendant la durée d’application des traitements.
