Article D6124-133-4 of the French Public Health Code

The holder of the radiotherapy or brachytherapy authorisation makes the necessary arrangements with the professionals concerned for :

1° The final validation of the delineation of target volumes and organs at risk, which is the responsibility of a radiotherapist with the qualifications listed in article D. 6124-133 of the team ;

2° The preparation of each treatment validated by a radiotherapist with the qualifications listed in article D. 6124-133 and by a medical physicist on the team.

Article D6124-133-4

Le titulaire de l’autorisation de radiothérapie ou de curiethérapie prend avec les professionnels concernés les dispositions nécessaires à :

1° La validation finale de la délinéation des volumes cibles et des organes à risque qui relève d’un médecin radiothérapeute disposant des qualifications énumérées à l’article D. 6124-133 de l’équipe ;

2° La préparation de chaque traitement validée par un médecin radiothérapeute disposant des qualifications énumérées à l’article D. 6124-133 et par un physicien médical de l’équipe.
