Article D6124-134-10 of the French Public Health Code

The authorisation holder has an organisation enabling it to record in writing, in order to ensure traceability, referrals of patients for the continuation of systemic cancer drug treatments close to their home within the framework of an association mentioned in Article R. 6123-90-1 and any initial prescriptions for significant changes in treatment made within this framework by advanced consultations or teleconsultations in application of the last paragraph of Article R. 6123-94 and in compliance with the provisions of 1° of Article R. 6123-91-1.

Le titulaire d’autorisation dispose d’une organisation lui permettant de consigner par écrit, pour en assurer la traçabilité, les orientations de patients pour la poursuite de traitements médicamenteux systémiques du cancer à proximité de leur domicile dans le cadre d’une association mentionnée à l’article R. 6123-90-1 et les éventuelles primo-prescriptions de changements significatifs de traitement réalisées dans ce cadre par consultations avancées ou téléconsultations consultations en application du dernier alinéa de l’article R. 6123-94 et dans le respect des dispositions du 1° de l’article R. 6123-91-1.
