I.-The consultation for a first prescription of a systemic drug treatment for cancer mentioned in 2° of I of article R. 6123-94, is carried out on the authorised site, during a one-to-one interview with the patient, by a prescribing doctor from the team of the holder of the authorisation for systemic drug treatments for cancer practising in accordance with the qualifications mentioned in articles D. 6124-134-1 and D. 6124-134-2 when the treatment concerns adults and in article D. 6124-134-3 when the treatment concerns children and adolescents under the age of 18, subject to the situation mentioned in II of article R. 6123-91-3.
This individual interview may be carried out by teleconsultation or advanced consultation in application of the provisions of article R. 6123-94.
II – The organisation chosen by the authorisation holder for the initial prescription of oral medicinal treatments dispensed by a community pharmacy and taken by the patient at home in application of 2° of article R. 6123-94 may, depending on the patient’s situation and needs, take the form of a long medical consultation involving the team nurse and, if necessary, the hospital pharmacist, in order to encourage patient compliance and anticipate the management of foreseeable side effects.
