I.- Authorisation is only granted if the holder has an inpatient unit.
II.The authorisation is only granted if the holder has on-site access at all times to:
1° For Category A sites mentioned in Article R. 6123-107, a digital interventional angiography room that meets the same anaesthetic and aseptic conditions as an operating theatre and has the means to visualise the cerebral parenchyma;
2° For Category B sites mentioned in Article R. 6123-107, two digital interventional angiography rooms that meet the same anaesthetic and aseptic conditions as an operating theatre and have the means to visualise the cerebral parenchyma. 6123-107, two interventional digital angiography rooms meeting the same anaesthetic and aseptic conditions as an operating theatre and equipped with means of visualising the cerebral parenchyma, including one biplane room.
This room is located close to a post-interventional monitoring room under the conditions set out in article D. 6124-99.
The practice of interventional neuroradiology in category B requires access at all times on site to equipment for measuring and continuously recording intracranial pressure and to a transcranial Doppler ultrasound.
