Article D6124-177-59 of the French Public Health Code

I.- By way of derogation from article D. 6124-177-2, the hospitalisation sector may include rooms with up to four beds. They are organised in such a way as to ensure that patients’ privacy is respected.

II – In the event of the creation of a new activity, the holder is not authorised to derogate from article D. 6124-177-2.

I.-Par dérogation à l’article D. 6124-177-2, le secteur d’hospitalisation peut comprendre des chambres allant jusqu’à quatre lits. Elles sont organisées afin de garantir le respect de l’intimité des patients.

II.-En cas de création d’activité, le titulaire n’est pas autorisé à déroger l’article D. 6124-177-2.
