I.-The registration holder must ensure that the medical and paramedical team identifies and regularly updates the recommendations for good practice to be applied, and sets up a system for assessing compliance with these standards.
The registration holder must identify all the actions to be taken to improve the appropriateness of care.
The registration holder must ensure that data from professional practice is collected and analysed with a view to improving practice and risk management.
The performance of any complex medical act must comply with recommendations for good practice or be the subject of a collegiate decision.
The holder must ensure that each professional member of the team complies with the procedure established to validate the mastery of the activity performed in that position, before the first assumption of autonomous duties in that position. This procedure takes into account the experience of the professional concerned. Validation of mastery of the activity is renewed in the event of a change of equipment, a major modification to the structure or a prolonged interruption in activity.
II – The management of any child under the “interventional rhythmology” modality and of any adult patient with congenital heart disease must be the subject of a collegial discussion with a doctor with proven training in paediatric and congenital cardiology.
