The general organisation, the staff, the nature and location of the premises and the equipment of the holder of the home hospital care authorisation are adapted to the volume of activity and the nature of the care provided and enable it to carry out its tasks throughout the geographical area defined in III of Article R. 6123-140.

L’organisation générale, le personnel, la nature et la localisation des locaux, ainsi que l’équipement du titulaire de l’autorisation d’activité de soins d’hospitalisation à domicile, sont adaptés au volume d’activité et à la nature des prises en charge et lui permettent d’assurer ses missions sur l’intégralité de l’aire géographique définie au III de l’article R. 6123-140.
