Article D6124-206 of the French Public Health Code

I.-In addition to the professionals provided for in I of article D. 6124-197, the multidisciplinary team includes:

1° At least one physiotherapist;

2° At least one occupational therapist;

3° Where necessary, at least one speech therapist, dietician, psychomotrician or adapted physical activity teacher.

Of the doctors mentioned in I of article D. 6124-197, at least one is a doctor specialising in physical and rehabilitation medicine or with proven training or experience in rehabilitation.

II. -The therapeutic plan referred to in II of article D. 6124-197 is drawn up by the multidisciplinary team defined in I.

III – Without prejudice to the provisions of III of article D. 6124-197, the members of the multidisciplinary team may be staff who report directly to the structure authorised to provide medical and rehabilitation care and who have signed the agreement referred to in I of article R. 6123-144.

I.-L’équipe pluridisciplinaire comprend, outre les professionnels prévus au I de l’article D. 6124-197 :

1° Au moins un masseur-kinésithérapeute ;

2° Au moins un ergothérapeute ;

3° En tant que besoin, au moins un orthophoniste, diététicien, psychomotricien ou enseignant en activité physique adaptée.

Parmi les médecins mentionnés au I de l’article D. 6124-197, au moins un médecin est un médecin spécialisé en médecine physique et de réadaptation ou justifiant d’une formation ou d’une expérience attestées en réadaptation.

II.-Le projet thérapeutique mentionné au II de l’article D. 6124-197 est établi par l’équipe pluridisciplinaire définie au I.

III.-Sans préjudice des dispositions du III de l’article D. 6124-197, les membres de l’équipe pluridisciplinaire peuvent être des personnels relevant directement de la structure autorisée à l’activité de soins médicaux et de réadaptation ayant conclu la convention mentionnée au I de l’article R. 6123-144.
