I.-In addition to the professionals mentioned in I of article D. 6124-197, the multidisciplinary team includes:
1° At least one nurse who holds a State diploma in childcare nursing or has proven training or experience in childcare;
2° At least one psychomotrician.
At least one of the doctors mentioned in I of article D. 6124-197 must be a doctor specialising in paediatrics.
II.- The members of the multidisciplinary team are trained in the approach and care of children.The members of the multidisciplinary team are trained in the approach and care of the child.
III.- For the care of newborns and infants from a neonatology department, and without prejudice to the provisions of III of article D. 6124-197, members of the multidisciplinary team may include staff who report directly to the holder of the neonatology authorisation who has signed the agreement mentioned in III of article R. 6123-148.
For this care, recourse to the opinion of a doctor specialising in neonatology is organised by the holder of the “child under three years of age” authorisation. The care is carried out by a nurse who holds a State diploma in childcare nursing or who has proven training or experience in childcare and who is trained in developmental care.
