Article D6124-237 of the French Public Health Code

Protocols are drawn up by the medical staff mentioned in I of article D. 6124-235 to organise patient care with the doctors in charge of the inpatient units, the continuous monitoring unit, the intensive care unit or the resuscitation unit, as appropriate, when patients are admitted to these units.

Where appropriate, these protocols are adapted to the specificities of paediatric care.

Des protocoles sont établis par le personnel médical mentionné au I de l’article D. 6124-235 pour organiser la prise en charge des patients avec les médecins responsables, selon les cas, des unités d’hospitalisation, de l’unité de surveillance continue, de l’unité soins intensifs ou de réanimation, lorsque les patients y sont accueillis.


Ces protocoles sont, le cas échéant, adaptés aux spécificités des prises en charge pédiatrique.
