I.-The holder of the authorisation for activities covered by category C as provided for in article R. 6123-166 must ensure that the paramedical team is trained in cancer care.
II – The provisions of articles D. 6124-131 to D. 6124-131-9, with the exception of II of article D. 6124-131, are applicable to holders of the authorisation for activities covered by category C provided for in article R. 6123-166, where the holder practices therapeutic interventional radiology for cancer.
The doctors who are members of the medical team providing curative cancer treatment by interventional radiology regularly take part in the multidisciplinary consultation meetings organised by the holders of the authorisation to carry out the activity of cancer treatment under 2° of article R. 6123-91-1.
III – A record of the opinion and therapeutic proposal resulting from the multidisciplinary consultation meeting is inserted into the patient’s medical file.
IV-This therapeutic proposal is presented to the patient under the conditions set out in 1° of Article R. 6123-91-1.
V.-When the holder of the authorisation for activities covered by category C provided for in article R. 6123-166 uses systemic medicinal treatments for cancer in application of I of article R. 6123-158, a protocol for the patient’s care pathway is formalised with the teams carrying out the said treatments.
VI -When the holder of the authorisation for activities covered by category C provided for in Article R. 6123-166 uses radiopharmaceutical products in application of Article R. 6123-134, a protocol is formalised by means of an agreement with the nuclear medicine teams.
