Article D6124-416 of the French Public Health Code

The infant section is made up of individual, largely glazed cubicles, to allow easy and constant supervision.

Each cubicle has :

1° a changing table

2° A baby scale;

3° A washbasin with hot and cold water, wide and deep enough to bathe or shower infants.

Some cubicles are equipped with an oxygen supply.

La section des nourrissons est composée de boxes individuels largement vitrés, afin de permettre une surveillance facile et constante.

Chaque box dispose :

1° D’une table de change ;

2° D’un pèse-bébé ;

3° D’un lavabo à eau chaude et à eau froide, suffisamment large et profond pour baigner ou doucher les nourrissons.

Certains boxes sont dotés d’une distribution d’oxygène.
