The establishment ensures that the laboratory and imaging tests required for the mother and the newborn are carried out, including in emergencies.

Establishments that do not have their own laboratory will sign an agreement with a laboratory providing for the performance and transmission of results at any time, under conditions and within timescales that guarantee the quality of care.

L’établissement assure la réalisation des examens de laboratoire et d’imagerie nécessaires pour la mère et pour le nouveau-né, y compris en urgence.

Les établissements ne disposant pas en propre de laboratoire passent avec un laboratoire une convention prévoyant la réalisation et la transmission des résultats à tout instant, dans des conditions et des délais garantissant la qualité de la prise en charge.
