Healthcare establishments that include accommodation facilities have at least one room equipped with a fixed air cooling system enabling the elderly or frail persons present in these establishments to be accommodated for a few hours a day.
By way of derogation from the previous paragraph, the Director General of the Regional Health Agency shall, if necessary, draw up a list of healthcare establishments exempt from installing an air cooling system due to their seasonal activity or their geographical location.
An order from the Minister of Health sets out the conditions to be met for air cooling in these establishments.
