Article D6124-60 of the French Public Health Code

An order issued by the Minister for Health specifies the medical equipment available in the intensive care and monitoring sector.

This order also specifies the examinations that can be carried out, including in an emergency, every day of the year, 24 hours a day, whether in the unit or on its site.

Un arrêté du ministre chargé de la santé détermine les dispositifs médicaux dont est doté le secteur de surveillance et de soins de réanimation.

Cet arrêté précise également les examens pouvant être réalisés, y compris en urgence, tous les jours de l’année, vingt-quatre heures sur vingt-quatre, que ceux-ci le soient dans l’unité ou sur son site d’implantation.
