Article D6124-8 of the French Public Health Code

In a private health establishment authorised to carry out the activity referred to in 3° of article R. 6123-1 and in order to ensure the medical availability referred to in article D. 6124-3, a roster of doctors in private practice is drawn up each month and validated by the coordinating doctor of the emergency structure, then sent to the primary health insurance fund.

A doctor registered on this attendance register may not be simultaneously registered on the same date on the departmental duty roster for ambulatory medicine provided for in article R. 6315-2.

Dans un établissement de santé privé autorisé à exercer l’activité mentionnée au 3° de l’article R. 6123-1 et afin d’assurer la permanence médicale mentionnée à l’article D. 6124-3, un tableau de présence des médecins exerçant à titre libéral est élaboré chaque mois, et validé par le médecin coordonnateur de la structure des urgences, puis transmis à la caisse primaire d’assurance maladie.

Un médecin inscrit sur ce tableau de présence ne peut être inscrit simultanément à une même date sur le tableau départemental de permanence en médecine ambulatoire prévu à l’article R. 6315-2.
