Article D6152-73-1 of the French Public Health Code

The trade union organisations representing the Higher Council of Medical, Odontological and Pharmaceutical Staff of Public Health Establishments mentioned in article R. 6156-1 benefit, through their members, from a trade union e-mail address within the establishment in which they carry out their duties.

They may send their communiqués to practitioners working in the establishment by decision of the director of the establishment, after informing the president of the establishment’s medical commission.

Les organisations syndicales représentatives au Conseil supérieur des personnels médicaux, odontologistes et pharmaceutiques des établissements publics de santé mentionné à l’article R. 6156-1 bénéficient, par le biais de leurs adhérents, d’une adresse de messagerie électronique syndicale au sein de l’établissement dans lequel ils exercent leurs fonctions.

Ils peuvent adresser leurs communiqués aux praticiens qui exercent dans l’établissement sur décision du directeur de l’établissement, après information du président de la commission médicale d’établissement.
