The director of the health establishment in which the replacement is to take place will request authorisation for the replacement from the competent regulatory authority. As soon as he receives the authorisation decision, he immediately informs the director of the establishment to which the junior doctor is assigned.
Le directeur de l’établissement de santé dans lequel s’effectue le remplacement sollicite l’autorisation de remplacement auprès de l’autorité ordinale compétente. Dès réception de la décision d’autorisation, il en informe sans délai le directeur de l’établissement d’affectation du docteur junior.
