Article D6153-90-1 of the French Public Health Code

I.-The hospital pharmacy students referred to in article R. 6153-77 receive, where applicable:

1° A flat-rate transport allowance when they complete a placement outside their home university hospital centre, if the placement site is located at a distance of more than 15 kilometres from the training and research unit in which the student is registered, and from his home when the placement is organised on a full-time basis. This allowance cannot be combined with any scheme for the total or partial reimbursement of transport costs paid directly to the person concerned. An order of the ministers responsible for the budget, higher education and health sets the amount and payment terms;

2° A special allowance not subject to contributions to the supplementary pension scheme, equal to 40% of the remuneration provided for in article R. 6153-90, for hospital pharmacy students assigned, under the conditions provided for in article R. 6153-79, in Guadeloupe, French Guiana, La Réunion, Martinique, Mayotte, Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin or Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon;

3° The reimbursement of air travel expenses, paid to hospital pharmacy students previously domiciled in one of the territories mentioned in 2° or in mainland France, who are assigned, under the conditions provided for in article R. 6153-79, in one of the territories mentioned in 2°, other than that of their place of residence, at the time of their installation and at the time of their return after assignment, on the basis of the cost of economy class air travel. This reimbursement is paid to the student by the university hospital centre to which they are attached.

II – Pharmacy students at the armed forces health service schools do not receive the allowances and reimbursements mentioned in I.

I.-Les étudiants hospitaliers en pharmacie mentionnés à l’article R. 6153-77 perçoivent, le cas échéant :

1° Une indemnité forfaitaire de transport lorsqu’ils accomplissent un stage en dehors de leur centre hospitalier universitaire de rattachement, si le lieu de stage est situé à une distance de plus de 15 kilomètres de l’unité de formation et de recherche dans laquelle est inscrit l’étudiant, et de son domicile lorsque le stage est organisé à temps plein. Cette indemnité n’est cumulable avec aucun dispositif de prise en charge totale ou partielle de frais de transport directement versé à l’intéressé. Un arrêté des ministres chargés du budget, de l’enseignement supérieur et de la santé en fixe le montant et les modalités de versement ;

2° Une indemnité spéciale non soumise à cotisation au régime de retraite complémentaire, égale à 40 % de la rémunération prévue à l’article R. 6153-90, pour les étudiants hospitaliers en pharmacie affectés, dans les conditions prévues à l’article R. 6153-79, en Guadeloupe, en Guyane, à La Réunion, en Martinique, à Mayotte, à Saint-Barthélemy, à Saint-Martin ou à Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon ;

3° Le remboursement des frais de transport en avion, versé aux étudiants hospitaliers en pharmacie précédemment domiciliés dans l’un des territoires mentionnés au 2° ou sur le territoire métropolitain, qui sont affectés, dans les conditions prévues à l’article R. 6153-79, au sein de l’un des territoires mentionnés au 2°, différent de celui de leur domicile, lors de leur installation et lors de leur retour après affectation, sur la base du prix du voyage par avion en classe économique. Ce remboursement est versé à l’étudiant par le centre hospitalier universitaire de rattachement.

II.-Les élèves pharmaciens des écoles du service de santé des armées ne perçoivent pas les indemnités et le remboursement mentionnés au I.
