Article D6162-10 of the French Public Health Code

Subject to the adaptations provided for in this section and subject to the legislative provisions and rules of organisation and operation under private law which are specific to them, the provisions of articles D. 6143-39 with the exception of a of 1°, R. 6145-2 to R. 6145-4, R. 6145-6 to R. 6145-11, R. 6145-13 with the exception of 2°, R. 6145-16, R. 6145-18 to R. 6145-22, R. 6145-24 to R. 6145-26, R. 6145-28 to R. 6145-30, D. 6145-31 to D. 6145-34, R. 6145-36, R. 6145-39, R. 6145-40, R. 6145-43 with the exception of the first and last paragraphs, R. 6145-45, R. 6145-46 with the exception of the first paragraph, R. 6145-47, R. 6145-49, R. 6145-65, R. 6145-66, D. 6145-67 to D. 6145-68 and R. 6145-69.

However, the orders provided for in articles R. 6145-3 and R. 6145-45 are issued by the ministers responsible for health and social security.

Sous réserve des adaptations prévues à la présente section et sous réserve des dispositions législatives et des règles d’organisation et de fonctionnement de droit privé qui leur sont spécifiques, sont applicables aux centres de lutte contre le cancer les dispositions des articles D. 6143-39 à l’exception du a du 1°, R. 6145-2 à R. 6145-4, R. 6145-6 à R. 6145-11, R. 6145-13 à l’exception du 2°, R. 6145-16, R. 6145-18 à R. 6145-22, R. 6145-24 à R. 6145-26, R. 6145-28 à R. 6145-30, D. 6145-31 à D. 6145-34, R. 6145-36, R. 6145-39, R. 6145-40, R. 6145-43 à l’exception des premier et dernier alinéas, R. 6145-45, R. 6145-46 à l’exception du premier alinéa, R. 6145-47, R. 6145-49, R. 6145-65, R. 6145-66, D. 6145-67 à D. 6145-68 et R. 6145-69.

Toutefois, les arrêtés prévus aux articles R. 6145-3 et R. 6145-45 sont pris par les ministres chargés de la santé et de la sécurité sociale.
