Article D6162-11 of the French Public Health Code

For their application to cancer centres, articles D. 6143-39, R. 6145-6, R. 6145-10, R. 6145-29, D. 6145-32, D. 6145-34, R. 6145-40, R. 6145-65 and R. 6145-69 are adapted as follows:

1° In article D. 6143-39, the reference to article L. 6143-3 is replaced by the reference to article L. 6162-12;

2° In article R. 6145-6, the words “authorising officer” are replaced by the words “Director”;

3° In Article R. 6145-10, the words “and Article L. 6145-7” are deleted;

4° In Article R. 6145-29, the words “set by the Director” are replaced by the words “voted by the Board of Directors”;

5° In Article D. 6145-32, the word “sets” is replaced by the words “presents to the Board of Directors”;

6° In Article D. 6145-34, the words “set by the Director” are replaced by the words “adopted by the Board of Directors”;

7° In Article R. 6145-40, the words: “take an amending decision” are replaced by the words: “present an amending decision to the Board of Directors”;

8° In Article R. 6145-65, the words: “set by the Director” are replaced by the words: “voted by the Board of Directors”;

9° In Article R. 6145-69, the word: “set” is replaced by the words: “present to the Board of Directors”.

Pour leur application aux centres de lutte contre le cancer, les articles D. 6143-39, R. 6145-6, R. 6145-10, R. 6145-29, D. 6145-32, D. 6145-34, R. 6145-40, R. 6145-65 et R. 6145-69 sont ainsi adaptés :

1° A l’article D. 6143-39, la référence à l’article L. 6143-3 est remplacée par la référence à l’article L. 6162-12 ;

2° A l’article R. 6145-6, les mots : l'” ordonnateur ” sont remplacés par les mots : le ” directeur ” ;

3° A l’article R. 6145-10, les mots : ” et à l’article L. 6145-7 ” sont supprimés ;

4° A l’article R. 6145-29, les mots : ” fixés par le directeur ” sont remplacés par les mots : ” votés par le conseil d’administration ” ;

5° A l’article D. 6145-32, le mot : ” fixe ” est remplacé par les mots : ” présente au conseil d’administration ” ;
