Article D6211-17 of the French Public Health Code

The number of medical biology examinations performed on samples transmitted by a medical biology laboratory pursuant to Article L. 6211-19 may not exceed 15% of the total number of medical biology examinations performed in whole or in part by the transmitting laboratory. The total number of tests is obtained by adding together the medical biology tests covered by 1°, 2° and 3° of Article D. 6211-14 , with the exception of immuno-haematology tests under the conditions provided for in the second paragraph of Article L. 1223-1.

Le nombre d’examens de biologie médicale réalisés à partir d’échantillons transmis par un laboratoire de biologie médicale en application de l’article L. 6211-19 ne peut excéder 15 % du nombre total des examens de biologie médicale réalisés en totalité ou en partie par le laboratoire transmetteur. Le nombre total des examens s’obtient en additionnant les examens de biologie médicale relevant des 1°, 2° et 3° de l’article D. 6211-14 à l’exception des examens d’immuno-hématologie dans les conditions prévues au deuxième alinéa de l’article L. 1223-1.
