Article D6224-1 of the French Labour Code

No later than five working days following the start of the apprenticeship contract, the employer sends this contract, together with the agreement referred to in article L. 6353-1 and, where applicable, the tripartite agreement referred to in the third paragraph of article L. 6222-7-1, to the skills operator.

When the apprentice’s training is entrusted to an apprentice training centre, an internal department of the company, mentioned in article D. 6241-30, the employer sends the skills operator the contract, accompanied, where applicable, by the tripartite agreement referred to in the previous paragraph, and a pedagogical and financial appendix specifying the title, objective and content of the training course, the resources provided, the duration and period of completion, the procedures for running, monitoring and sanctioning the course and the price.

Au plus tard dans les cinq jours ouvrables qui suivent le début de l’exécution du contrat d’apprentissage, l’employeur transmet ce contrat, accompagné de la convention mentionnée à l’article L. 6353-1 et, le cas échéant, de la convention tripartite prévue au troisième alinéa de l’article L. 6222-7-1, à l’opérateur de compétences.

Lorsque la formation de l’apprenti est confiée à un centre de formation d’apprentis, service interne de l’entreprise, mentionné à l’article D. 6241-30, l’employeur transmet à l’opérateur de compétences le contrat, accompagné le cas échéant de la convention tripartite mentionnée à l’alinéa précédent, et une annexe pédagogique et financière précisant l’intitulé, l’objectif et le contenu de l’action de formation, les moyens prévus, la durée et la période de réalisation, les modalités de déroulement, de suivi et de sanction de l’action et le prix.
