The skills operator submits the contract, by electronic means, to the services of the minister responsible for vocational training. Where appropriate, it will simultaneously inform these departments of its refusal to cover the cost, and of the reasons for this refusal.

L’opérateur de compétences dépose le contrat, par voie dématérialisée, auprès des services du ministre en charge de la formation professionnelle. Le cas échéant, il informe simultanément ces services de son refus de prise en charge financière, ainsi que des motifs de ce refus.
