Article D6224-5 of the French Labour Code

Any change to an essential element of the contract is the subject of an amendment sent to the skills operator for filing under the conditions set out in this chapter. On receipt of the amendment, the skills operator will decide either whether to cover the cost, if it had initially refused to do so, or whether to continue to cover the cost.

Toute modification d’un élément essentiel du contrat fait l’objet d’un avenant transmis à l’opérateur de compétences pour dépôt dans les conditions fixées au présent chapitre. A réception de l’avenant, l’opérateur de compétences statue soit sur la prise en charge financière, s’il l’avait refusée initialement, soit sur le maintien de cette prise en charge.
