When the apprenticeship contract is terminated before its term, the employer immediately notifies the termination to the skills operator, who informs the services of the minister responsible for vocational training. The notification may be made by electronic means.

Lorsque le contrat d’apprentissage est rompu avant son terme, l’employeur notifie sans délai la rupture à l’opérateur de compétences, qui informe les services du ministre chargé de la formation professionnelle. La notification peut être faite par voie dématérialisée.
