The agreement is concluded, at the start of or during the contract, between the public employer mentioned in article L. 6227-1, the other public employer or the company hosting the apprentice.
It must specify
1° The duration of the reception period ;
2° The purpose of the training and the qualification or diploma being prepared by the apprentice;
3° The nature of the tasks entrusted to the apprentice, which must be directly related to the vocational training provided for in the apprenticeship contract;
4° The working hours and place of work;
5° The name of the apprenticeship supervisor and information attesting to compliance with the conditions of professional competence set out in article D. 6273-1 ;
6° The terms and conditions under which the host establishment will cover the transport and accommodation costs incurred by the apprentice in carrying out the practical training;
7° The obligation for the host establishment to take out civil liability insurance;
8° The arrangements for sharing remuneration between the public employer referred to in article L. 6227-1 and the host establishment;
9° The terms and conditions under which the host establishment informs the apprentice’s employer of the progress of the training.
As soon as it is signed, the agreement is sent by the employer to the director of the apprentice training centre, who forwards it to the State representative referred to in article L. 6227-11.
