Where the host employer is subject to the provisions of the Labour Code, it is responsible for complying with the provisions relating to working hours set out in Book I of Part Three, as well as health, safety and working conditions set out in Part Four and, where applicable, the Rural and Marine Fishing Code. If the activity carried out by the apprentice in the host structure requires special medical supervision within the meaning of the regulations relating to occupational medicine, the corresponding obligations are the responsibility of this employer.
Where the host employer is a legal entity governed by public law, it is responsible for complying with the provisions relating to health, safety and preventive medicine defined by decree no. 82-453 of 28 May 1982 as amended relating to health and safety at work and to medical prevention in the civil service.
