Article D6322-41 of the French Public Health Code

The provisions of articles D. 6124-91 to D. 6124-103 relating to the practice of anaesthesia are applicable to cosmetic surgery facilities.

The pre-anaesthetic consultation provided for in article D. 6124-92 is carried out either in the consultation rooms provided in the reception area, or in the practice of the anaesthetist-intensivist.

Notwithstanding the provisions of article D. 6124-100, when the post-intervention monitoring room is reserved for cosmetic surgery patients, it may have a minimum capacity of two stations.

Les dispositions des articles D. 6124-91 à D. 6124-103 relatives à la pratique de l’anesthésie sont applicables aux installations de chirurgie esthétique.

La consultation pré-anesthésique prévue à l’article D. 6124-92 est effectuée soit dans les locaux de consultation prévus dans la zone d’accueil, soit au cabinet du médecin anesthésiste-réanimateur.

Par dérogation aux dispositions de l’article D. 6124-100, lorsque la salle de surveillance post-interventionnelle est réservée aux patients de chirurgie esthétique, elle peut comporter une capacité minimale de deux postes.
