Article D6322-47 of the French Public Health Code

When the cosmetic surgery facilities are located in a health establishment :

1° The obligations laid down in articles D. 6322-40, D. 6322-41 except for the second paragraph, D. 6322-42 and D. 6322-46 may be met by the measures taken by the establishment to meet these same obligations for the exercise of the missions defined in articles L. 6111-1 and L. 6111-2 ;

2° The obligations laid down in articles D. 6322-43 to D. 6322-45 may be met by the staff, with the required qualifications, available to the establishment to carry out the tasks mentioned above.

Article D6322-47

Lorsque les installations de chirurgie esthétique sont situées dans un établissement de santé :

1° Il peut être satisfait aux obligations prévues aux articles D. 6322-40, D. 6322-41 excepté le second alinéa, D. 6322-42 et D. 6322-46 par les dispositions prises par l’établissement pour répondre à ces mêmes obligations pour l’exercice des missions définies aux articles L. 6111-1 et L. 6111-2 ;

2° Il peut être satisfait aux obligations prévues aux articles D. 6322-43 à D. 6322-45 grâce aux personnels, ayant les qualifications requises, dont dispose l’établissement dans l’exercice des missions mentionnées ci-dessus.
