Article D6323-10 of the French Public Health Code

Any substantial change to the health project, in particular to the operating regulations, a change in the managing body or its legal representative, a change in the geographical location of the centre or its branch or branches where they exist, the closure of a branch, a qualitative or quantitative change to the technical facilities, in particular the installation of one or more additional dental chairs, as well as any change likely to have an impact on the policy pursued by the health centre in terms of the quality and safety of care, is brought to the attention of the Director General of the Regional Health Agency within fifteen days at the latest by any means giving a date certain on receipt.

Toute modification substantielle du projet de santé, notamment du règlement de fonctionnement, le changement de l’organisme gestionnaire ou de son représentant légal, la modification d’implantation géographique du centre ou de son ou ses antennes lorsqu’elles existent, la fermeture d’une antenne, la modification qualitative ou quantitative du plateau technique, notamment l’installation d’un ou de plusieurs fauteuils dentaires supplémentaires, ainsi que toute modification susceptible d’avoir une incidence sur la politique menée par le centre de santé en matière de qualité et de sécurité des soins, est portée à la connaissance du directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé au plus tard dans les quinze jours par tout moyen conférant date certaine à sa réception.
