When the professional transition project is carried out after the end of the fixed-term employment contract in application of article R. 6323-14-1, the remuneration is paid by the regional inter-professional joint committee.
Lorsque le projet de transition professionnelle est réalisé après le terme du contrat de travail à durée déterminée en application de l’article R. 6323-14-1, la rémunération est versée par la commission paritaire interprofessionnelle régionale.
