I.-Employees wishing to take part in a training course referred to in article L. 6323-6 that is followed in whole or in part during working hours under the personal training account must submit a request for leave of absence to the employer before the start of the training course, within a period that may not be less than :
1° Sixty calendar days if the duration of the training course is less than six months;
2° One hundred and twenty calendar days if the duration of the training course is six months or more.
II – From receipt of the request, the employer has thirty calendar days to notify the employee of its response. If the employer does not respond within this period, this will be deemed to be acceptance of the request.
