Article D6323-9 of the French Public Health Code

I.-The Director General of the Regional Health Agency will give or send the receipt for the undertaking to comply by the health centre or its branch or branches to the legal representative of the managing body by any means which confers a date certain on its receipt. This receipt shall include the name and address of the health facility concerned, the identification number of the health centre’s managing body and, where applicable, that of the geographical entity allocated to the health centre.

II. -If the health project or a complete commitment to compliance is not sent, the Director General of the Regional Health Agency will inform the legal representative of the managing body, by any means that provides a date certain, of the document or information that is missing or incomplete, stating the deadline for providing it.

Transmission of the receipt referred to in I is suspended from the date on which the Director General notifies this request until the requested information has been received.

I.-Le directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé remet ou transmet le récépissé de l’engagement de conformité du centre de santé ou de son ou de ses antennes au représentant légal de l’organisme gestionnaire par tout moyen conférant date certaine à sa réception. Ce récépissé comporte le nom et l’adresse de l’établissement de santé concerné, le numéro d’identification de l’organisme gestionnaire du centre de santé, ainsi que le cas échéant celui de l’entité géographique attribuée au centre de santé.

II.-A défaut de de la transmission du projet de santé ou d’un engagement de conformité complet, le directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé fait connaître au représentant légal de l’organisme gestionnaire, par tout moyen conférant date certaine, le document ou les informations manquantes ou incomplètes en mentionnant le délai imparti pour les fournir.

La transmission du récépissé mentionnée au I est suspendue à compter de la date à laquelle le directeur général notifie cette demande jusqu’à réception des informations demandées.
