Article D6331-69 of the French Labour Code

The portion paid by France Compétences to the skills operator under the first paragraph of Article L. 6331-60 is used to finance:

I.-1° The costs of the actions mentioned in Article L. 6313-1;

2° The costs of transport and accommodation for trainees relating to the actions provided for in I, as well as the remuneration of employees of private individual employers and maternal assistants of private individual employers, whether this remuneration is provided directly by the employer or by mandate;

II.- Depending on the tasks entrusted to the body provided for in Article L. 6331-60: 1° The administrative management costs relating to the instruction and monitoring of training files; 2° The costs of administrative management relating to the instruction and monitoring of training files; 3° The costs of administrative management relating to the instruction and monitoring of training files.Depending on the missions entrusted to the body provided for in article L. 6331-60:

1° Administrative management costs relating to the instruction and monitoring of training applications;

2° Costs of general information and awareness-raising for individual employers and their employees;

3° Reimbursement of travel, accommodation and catering costs incurred by persons sitting on the management board.

4° Studies or research relating to the training of employees of private individual employers and maternal assistants of private individual employers.

The expenditure mentioned in II may not exceed a ceiling set by the Minister responsible for vocational training.

La part versée par France compétences à l’opérateur de compétences au titre du premier alinéa de l’article L. 6331-60 permet le financement :


I.-1° Des frais des actions mentionnées à l’article L. 6313-1 ;


2° Des frais de transport et d’hébergement des stagiaires afférents aux actions prévues au I, ainsi qu’à la rémunération des salariés du particulier employeur et des assistants maternels du particulier employeur, que cette rémunération soit assurée directement par l’employeur ou par mandatement ;


II.-En fonction des missions confiées à l’organisme prévu à l’article L. 6331-60 :


1° Des frais de gestion administrative relatifs à l’instruction et au suivi des dossiers de formation ;


2° Des frais d’information générale et de sensibilisation des particuliers employeurs et de leurs salariés ;


3° Du remboursement des frais de déplacement, de séjour et de restauration engagés par les personnes qui siègent au sein du conseil de gestion.


4° D’études ou de recherches relatives à la formation des salariés du particulier employeur et des assistants maternels du particulier employeur.


Les dépenses mentionnées au II ne peuvent excéder un plafond arrêté par le ministre chargé de la formation professionnelle.
