Article D6331-70 of the French Labour Code

Before 30 April, the body referred to in article L. 6331-60 sends the skills operator the financial and statistical information required to meet the obligations set out in articles R. 6332-30 to R. 6332-33.

Before 30 April, it will send the Minister responsible for vocational training a report on its previous annual activity, enabling its operation to be monitored and the use of the funds received to be assessed.

L’organisme mentionné à l’article L. 6331-60 adresse avant le 30 avril à l’opérateur de compétences les informations financières et statistiques nécessaires au respect des obligations prévues aux articles R. 6332-30 à R. 6332-33.

Il transmet avant le 30 avril au ministre chargé de la formation professionnelle un bilan de son activité annuelle précédente permettant de suivre son fonctionnement et d’apprécier l’emploi des fonds reçus.
