Article D6332-80 of the French Labour Code

Until the level of funding is determined, the skills operator pays the apprentice training centre an annual lump sum set by order of the ministers responsible for vocational training and the budget in accordance with the provisions of article R. 6332-25.

From the date on which the level of funding is set by the national joint employment committee, or where applicable by the joint committee of the professional branch concerned, or failing this by decree, the skills operator will, where applicable, adjust the sums due or recover the sums advanced in this respect, from the first payment following the decision setting the applicable level of funding.

Jusqu’à la détermination du niveau de prise en charge, l’opérateur de compétences verse au centre de formation d’apprentis un montant forfaitaire annuel fixé par arrêté des ministres chargés de la formation professionnelle et du budget conformément aux dispositions prévues à l’article R. 6332-25.

A compter de la fixation du niveau de prise en charge par la commission paritaire nationale de l’emploi, ou le cas échéant par la commission paritaire de la branche professionnelle concernée, ou à défaut par décret, l’opérateur de compétences procède, le cas échéant, à la régularisation des sommes dues ou à la récupération des sommes avancées à ce titre, dès le premier versement suivant la décision fixant le niveau de prise en charge applicable.
