The monthly advance payment provided for in article R. 6341-40 is equal to the minimum amount set in article D. 6341-24-3 for jobseekers on a training course paid on the basis of their previous salary and to the amount of the monthly remuneration for self-employed persons on a training course.
L’acompte mensuel prévu à l’article R. 6341-40 est égal au montant minimal fixé à l’article D. 6341-24-3 pour la personne en recherche d’emploi qui suit un stage rémunéré en fonction de son salaire antérieur et au montant de la rémunération mensuelle pour le travailleur non salarié qui suit un stage.
