Employees taking leave to validate their experience are entitled to remuneration equal to that which they would have received if they had remained at their place of work, up to a limit of twenty-four hours, continuous or discontinuous, per validation.
However, this limit may be increased by agreement or collective labour agreement for workers who have not attained a level 4 qualification, as defined by the national framework of professional certifications, or whose jobs are threatened by economic or technological developments.
