Board meetings are not open to the public. The Chairman is responsible for policing the meeting and may suspend or adjourn the meeting. In this case, the Board of Directors must be reconvened within fifteen days.

Les séances du conseil d’administration ne sont pas publiques. La police de l’assemblée appartient au président, qui peut suspendre la séance ou prononcer son renvoi. Dans ce cas, le conseil d’administration doit obligatoirement être convoqué à nouveau dans un délai de quinze jours.
