The Medical Committee and the Agency Committee meet at least once every three months.
Each body draws up its own rules of procedure.
Except in cases of urgency, the agenda is sent at least fifteen days in advance to the members of the commission and the committee as well as to the persons who sit on them in an advisory capacity.
Opinions issued by these bodies are valid when more than half of the members with voting rights attend the meeting. Postal or proxy votes are not permitted.
If, after a meeting has been duly convened, this quorum has not been reached, a second meeting is convened eight days later. The opinion is then valid regardless of the number of members present.
Minutes are taken of each meeting, signed by the Chairman and Secretary and sent to members within thirty days. These minutes are submitted for approval at the following meeting.
