Article D6431-60 of the French Public Health Code

The Poison Control Centre participates in the emergency medical aid system provided for in article L. 6432-1. It may intervene, at the request of the Senior Administrator, executive of the Territory and representative of the State, in emergency situations presenting a danger to public health.

Le centre antipoison participe au dispositif d’aide médicale urgente prévu par l’article L. 6432-1. Il peut intervenir, à la demande de l’administrateur supérieur, exécutif du territoire et représentant de l’Etat, lors de situations d’urgence présentant un danger pour la santé publique.
