Article D6431-70 of the French Public Health Code

The Committee elects, by a simple majority of its members, a Chairman and a Vice-Chairman from among its members who are doctors or pharmacists working at least six half-days a week.

The term of office of the members ends at the same time as the duties in respect of which they have been appointed. The term of office of the members mentioned in 6°, 7° and 8° of article D. 6431-69 is four years. They may be reappointed.

Le comité élit, à la majorité simple de ses membres, un président et un vice-président, parmi ses membres médecins ou pharmaciens exerçant une activité correspondant au moins à six demi-journées hebdomadaires.

Le mandat des membres prend fin en même temps que les fonctions au titre desquelles ils ont été désignés. La durée des mandats des membres mentionnés aux 6°, 7° et 8° de l’article D. 6431-69 est de quatre ans. Leur mandat est renouvelable.
