Article D6431-9 of the French Public Health Code

In the absence of the Chairman and his alternate mentioned in the last paragraph of article L. 6431-2, the meetings are chaired by the oldest member belonging to the categories mentioned in 1°, 2° and 6° of the same article.

En cas d’absence du président et de son suppléant mentionné au dernier alinéa de l’article L. 6431-2, la présidence des séances est assurée par le plus âgé des membres appartenant aux catégories mentionnées aux 1°, 2° et 6° du même article.
