Article D711-43 of the French Commercial code

The sectoral plans shall be revised under the same conditions as those provided for in Article R. 711-42 :

1° At the initiative of the president of the regional chamber of commerce and industry;

2° At the request of the minister responsible for overseeing the chambers of commerce and industry or the regional prefect;

3° At the request of the majority of the members of the regional chamber of commerce and industry ;

4° On the occasion of a substantial change in the scope of intervention of the chambers of commerce and industry, in particular for the creation of a new sector of activity or a new facility;

5° On the occasion of the modification by CCI France of the intervention standards provided for in 2° of Article L. 711-16, if the sectoral plan does not comply with these new standards;

6° To take account of the agreement concluded between the regional chamber of commerce and industry and the region provided for in Article L. 4251-18 of the General Local Authorities Code.

New sectoral plans are adopted no later than 31 July of the year following each general renewal.

Les schémas sectoriels sont révisés dans les mêmes conditions que celles prévues à l’article R. 711-42 :

1° A l’initiative du président de la chambre de commerce et d’industrie de région ;

2° A la demande du ministre chargé de la tutelle des chambres de commerce et d’industrie ou du préfet de région ;

3° A la demande de la majorité des membres de la chambre de commerce et d’industrie de région ;

4° A l’occasion de la modification substantielle du périmètre d’intervention des chambres de commerce et d’industrie, notamment pour la création d’un nouveau secteur d’activités ou d’un nouvel équipement ;

5° A l’occasion de la modification par CCI France des normes d’intervention prévues au 2° de l’article L. 711-16, si le schéma sectoriel n’est pas conforme à ces nouvelles normes ;

6° Pour tenir compte de la convention conclue entre la chambre de commerce et d’industrie de région et la région prévue à l’article L. 4251-18 du code général des collectivités territoriales.

De nouveaux schémas sectoriels sont adoptés au plus tard le 31 juillet de l’année suivant chaque renouvellement général.
