Article D7121-47 of the French Labour Code

The employer shall inform the caisse de congés payés of the family allowance fund to which it belongs.
It provides proof, in the form of documents issued by the paid leave fund, on a quarterly basis and more often if necessary:
1° Of the rate of compensation applied to it;
2° That it is up to date with its obligations towards the paid leave fund.

L’employeur indique à la caisse de congés payés la caisse d’allocations familiales à laquelle il adhère.
Il justifie, par des pièces émanant de la caisse de congés payés, trimestriellement et plus souvent si nécessaire :
1° Du taux de compensation qui lui est appliqué ;
2° Qu’il est à jour de ses obligations envers la caisse de congés payés.
