Article D722-30 of the French Commercial code

The failure to fulfil the training obligation provided for in article L. 722-17 and the date of cessation of duties are recorded by the first president of the court of appeal.

The first president of the court of appeal immediately informs the commercial court judge concerned. He shall also inform the Keeper of the Seals, Minister of Justice, the Public Prosecutor at the Court of Appeal, and the president and clerk of the commercial court concerned.

L’inexécution de l’obligation de formation prévue à l’article L. 722-17 et la date de cessation des fonctions sont constatées par le premier président de la cour d’appel.


Le premier président de la cour d’appel informe sans délai le juge du tribunal de commerce concerné. Il informe également le garde des sceaux, ministre de la justice, le procureur général près la cour d’appel, ainsi que le président et le greffier du tribunal de commerce concernés.
