Article D722-32 of the French Commercial code

At the end of the training, the Ecole nationale de la magistrature will issue the commercial court judge with an individual training certificate, subject to attendance. It will inform the Minister of Justice. The commercial court judge will immediately hand over the individual training certificate to the president of the commercial court.
